THE LONE WOLF

The lone wolf. What happened? Why does she travel alone? It is simple. When times get tough, the truth of those who surround her is revealed. In fact, truths of all kinds are discovered. Being a lone wolf is a choice. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Truth of the matter is, the only person we can truly depend on is ourselves. The lone wolf does not succumb to the epidemic of self-victimization and entitlement. She takes matters into her own hands and defends her own. Whether she is surrounded by many or few, life is not about walking in packs. No matter the number of people in your pack, the only person that can get you to that light is you. She is still in the tunnel. The light has not been reached, but she sees it getting closer. But once she reaches that light, what happens? Does it end? No. Life keeps going. She will reach another tunnel that she will have to walk through. But here’s the cool part, as the lone wolf travels alone, she learns many things. Things that will act as her turbo boost to move through the next tunnel quicker and more efficiently. The tunnel may be longer though and, there may even be some obstacles that may make her trip and fall. But the lone wolf gets back up every single time. The injuries may take time to heal, there may even be scars. But, she’s stronger, tougher, smarter and her hunger to succeed is larger than life. She goes back to why she started in the first place. Her why is her motivation and determination to persevere any obstacle thrown her way. The lone wolf is not a sob story. She is a warrior who fights her battles. Once her sulking is done, the horse is waiting for her so she can run her race once again. We have a choice in life. We can let it happen to us or for us. It’s our choice. It is not a punishment to be a lone wolf. It is a gift. It all starts and ends with us. The lone wolf....watch out. Her race is about to continue 🐺☀️💕💫
